Thank you for sharing this! I’ve been using cannabis nearly everyday for the past 4 years, and my relationship with it has evolved so much. I’m at a point where I want to quit or at least consume it less frequently, but it’s so challenging. It inspires me to know it IS doable, but if I’m being real I’ve always been infatuated with the plant and dream of being part of the legal industry someday. I’ll definitely be trying some herbal smoking blends!
What a great read ! I run a jewelry inspired cannabis accessories brand and this was something top of mind for me when I launched - we are always doing too much with weed !
As the daughter of a Rasta who DIDNT smoke weed — I love that this experience distilled it all right back to the point. The herb is just a tool — we can learn from it without using it !
I offer a drug free herbal smoking blend for anyone else dabbling in THC free or wanting something to mix in to reduce he strength of your herb. Love that I’ve found my people here on substack ! ☁️🤍
I wholeheartedly agree that THC levels are way too high. I stopped smoking for 6 months. I just started back a few weeks ago and noticed an adverse difference in sleep, energy levels, and anxiousness. I plan to stop again for a longer extended period of time. Thanks for sharing your experience and journey!
Beautiful and informative read! Side note, home grown chamomile is also a wonderfully delicious and soothing addition to whatever you decide to roll. Aloha!
